IHG new Book Direct promotion - 30,000 points after 2 stays of 2 nights or more

Back in March this year, IHG came out with a promotion to reward members for making bookings directly with IHG, as opposed to through an agency or OTA. The initial offer was valid for bookings till 31 August 2016, but was later extended for bookings till 31 December 2016 - which means it is still live. Now here's a similar promotion for booking direct, which can earn 30,000 bonus IHG Rewards Club points after 2 stays (each of at least 2 nights) in Asia Pacific (excluding China), the Middle East and Africa, between 15 August and 31 December 2016. Unlike the previous promotion - where points were earned on a graded basis over registration and 3 stays - this promotion awards the full 30,000 points only after the completion of 2 stays. Registration is required, which you can access here. For reference, the promotion code for this offer is 12298.

Remember that unlike the previous Book Direct offer, this current promotion has a minimum 2-nights per stay requirement. Also note, that the bookings need to be done on IHG's website or using their app.

This promotion and the previous book direct promotion now overlap, since the end date for stays under both promotions is 31 December 2016. So in theory, these are stackable, though I doubt IHG will look at it that way.
