Free Hilton HHonors Silver - immediate status (and Gold after 4 stays)

Fancy yourself as the a GoldMember???

In March this year, I had posted about a slightly twisted way to get HHonors Gold status - you can find that post here. From my statistics, I see this was one of the most read posts on this blog. Sadly, in July/August this year, this promotion was withdrawn (not sure why, though). Thankfully, there is a phoenix rising again, at least to some extent!

Earlier today, AJ from Live From a Lounge wrote about Instant Hilton HHonors Silver & Gold after 4 stays. Hat tip to AJ !!!

Now, free Silver, and Gold in 4 stays? That's virtually Hilton handing it over on a platter! Mind you, that's easy pickings, considering that normally, getting to Gold involves 20 stays, 40 nights or 75,000 HHonors base points.

The promotion is targeted at employees of Accenture, but there is nothing to stop you from signing up using this link (though you must consider yourself warned: any misuse of privileges or falsified information in obtaining a deal could well leave you stripped off all the points you have - past or under the present offer).

Here's the link to the landing page for this offer.

HHonors Silver normally requires 4 stays or 10 nights. Here are the benefits for HHonors Silver status:

  • 15% bonus HHonors points
  • 5th night free on redemption of points
  • Some hotel benefits (late check out, spouse stays free, etc)
  • Complimentary Health club access
  • Complimentary water
HHonors Gold normally requires 20 stays, 40 nights or 75k points (as mentioned above). Benefits include:

  • 25% bonus HHonors points
  • all benefits of Silver tier
  • Complimentary high-speed internet access at select properties / brands (I really value this one!)
  • One or more of room upgrades, additional points, complimentary breakfast / snacks, depending on the property / brand of stay

PS: I *do* love Austin Powers !
