Good to fly ex-India - 1/3 off on KLM

Tomorrow marks the completion of 66 years of India's independence. Yet, as I write this,

... Jet Airways can't staop talking about its near-hit-near-miss-near-hit relationship with Etihad
...Air India says "Balle Balle to Birmingham" and asks you to pay ridiculous amounts to upgrade to the forward  cabin
...Indigo is talking about having completed 7 years of operations, and
...SpiceJet is busy trying out OptionTown with Flexifly

And yet, it's hard to ignore a Dutch-French airline partnership celebrating India's Independence, with a 66% fare (34% discount) on all ex-India travel to Europe, on KLM. Offer is valid for bookings made today and tomorrow (14 and 15 August), for travel between 1 October and 31 December 2013. Specific T&Cs are:

AIR FRANCE | KLM
Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is valid for bookings made online at KLM.com on 14 and 15 August 2013.
2. "Pay only 66% of fare" implies 34% discount on Basic Fare of the ticket.
3. Travel: 1 October until 31 December 2013.
4. Other fare conditions apply.

The offer is valid for Business Class travel too. I searched for a random date (DEL-AMS 14 Nov, AMS-DEL 19 Nov), and it yielded a fare of Rs 121k, against Rs 150k+ for dates prior to 1 October, and that's on business class. It may not be 34% but its quite good nonetheless.

Sadly, my travels are very unpredictable, and so I'm not able to benefit from this. If you have travels in mind that are covered by this offer, you're best off booking on KLM.
