20-25% off on JP miles redemptions - extended

A little over a year and a half ago, Jet Airways launched a promotion for 20% and 25% off on domestic and select international JP miles redemptions, respectively. A few months back, this was renewed up until September 2013. Now, these offers have been extended till March 31, 2014. There's a small issue, however, which I'll come to. But first, some quick and important details.

First up, the landing pages are here for domestic, and here for international redemptions. You naturally need to be a JP member with sufficient miles (at least 4000 are required to make a redemption).

The offer is only on 9W operated flights, and not on codeshare flights operated by partner airlines (that includes JetLite). JetKonnect, however, is valid for redemptions under this offer. Secondly, the redemption will have to be done online. That means, no agent, no calling the 9W call center (not that anybody is eager to do THAT). Just go online to the redemption page, and do your searches. No point requesting through the Online Partner Award Form - that doesn't get you the offer. Here's what the Online Partner Award Form looks like, and is used more for airline partner awards:

Domestic redemptions are eligible for 20% off on travel in both business and economy class (I like that !), across all domestic sectors in India. International redemptions, however, are eligible for only economy class bookings, and is valid only for routes on India-Gulf (or vice versa) and India-ASEAN country (or v.v) sectors. That means:

Mumbai to: Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Dubai, Hong Kong, Muscat and Singapore
Delhi to: Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore
Kolkata to: Bangkok
Chennai to: Singapore
Mangalore to: Dubai
Thiruvananthapuram to: Muscat
Kochi to: Muscat and Sharjah

The small issue I mentioned earlier is, that while the terms and conditions section of the offer pages say that the offer is valid from 14 August 2013 to 31 March 2014, the landing page for international redemptions indicates (on the top right hand corner) a validity period of 16 January to 31 March 2014. However, I have tested this, and it works fine for the period between 14 August 2013 and 15 January 2014. So I have to say that the start date on the international redemptions landing page, is wrong.
Overall, this is a good deal, particularly when it is on business class bookings on domestic sectors (however, availability on those can be extremely challenging!).
